Good location, easy to find and a warm welcome by Jess on arrival. I use Melia hotels regularly in Spain and enjoy the welcome and quality there. This was no different, the room on the 2nd floor was very clean and 4* as expected. Everything works well and is convenient for a busy traveller, whether on business or personal trips. For me this means lots of plug sockets, lighting that can be adjusted, air conditioning /heating that works, luggage rack, iron, hairdryer, safe, pillow choices, choice of teas and coffee and a small fridge with water. The latter was great, you get free water and juice, I don't like alcohol. The hotel has a small gym and sauna, I used both and was happy with the facilities. There is currently artwork on display on the 1st floor, a good idea and use of wall space. It helps promote local artists in the community too. I didn’t eat in the hotel but would try next time I visit Manchester. I checked out with Dom and she was friendly and pleased I was happy with my stay. Both her and Jess made me feel valued as a guest. Recommended.

Beautiful room. Comfortable bed. Free fresh drinks + tea and coffee. On the 6th floor I wasn’t really disturbed by the train. The emplacement is perfect to go everywhere by foot (if you’re a good walker Man City/Man United are 1 hour, if not it’s only half an hour by tram or bus). Airport is 30-45 minutes by train.

Great location! Whole hotel is decorated lovely and the rooms are great. Very welcoming staff on reception, Dom and Jess were really helpful and able to advise where is good to go in the area.

I stayed at this hotel for four nights in February with some friends while in Manchester for football. The rooms were clean and well maintained. Great location close to Deansgate and Oxford stations. I had no complaints and would recommend this hotel.

Had a fabulous night at the Innside. On arrival staff were very welcoming and we were given a room upgrade. Lovely room very spacious and spotlessly clean. Fantastic Views! We were left a card in our room entitling us to a free drink each at the bar. Lovely as we were celebrating our Wedding Anniversary. Only let down was the staff at breakfast. The food and choices were great, but there were dirty pots on lots of tables. .Nobody cleared our table either which wasn't very pleasant. But on the whole we had a great time and will be back again soon.
